About the event

The Anxiety Antidote empowers teachers with tools and strategies to provide a positive approach to managing student well being. We understand the rising mental health concerns in our schools and it is Smile Teachers mission to better support our teachers so that they can promote a safe emotional environment that nurtures students needs and emotional development.

With a range of important tests and pressure situations coming up in Term 2, teachers need to reset, reflect and set up for a positive approach to student and teacher emotional well-being.
